Why can't I see my tickets in The Hundred app? Follow
Tickets will be released into The Hundred App from Tuesday 25th June.
To see your tickets, please ensure:
- You have downloaded the latest version of the app
- Log in to your account with The Hundred
The latest version of the app will look like the below image (so make sure your Redeem Button is green!)
If you still cannot see your Mobile Tickets in the app:
- Please make sure you are logged in using the same email address you purchased your tickets with.
- Try logging out and then logging back in to your account with The Hundred.
If they are still not showing in the app please:
- Delete The Hundred App and re-download it from the App Store.
- Go to the ticket wallet and log in.
