Why can't I see my tickets in The Hundred app? Follow
Tickets will be released into The Hundred App approximately four weeks before your matchday.
To see your tickets, please ensure:
- You have downloaded the latest version of the app
- You have a compatible device running one of the following operating systems:
Apple iOS 15 or higher Android OS 8.0 or higher
- Log in to your account with The Hundred
If you still cannot see your Mobile Tickets in the app:
- Please make sure you are logged in using the same email address you purchased your tickets with.
- Tap on the person icon in the top right corner to see the account you are logged in with
- Try logging out and then logging back in to your account with The Hundred.
If they are still not showing in the app please:
- Delete The Hundred App and re-download it from the App Store.
- Go to the ticket wallet and log in.
