Why can't I see my tickets in the app? Follow
Tickets are released into the app around four weeks prior to your matchday.
If tickets have been released and you are still unable to locate them then we would recommend you check and ensure the following:
- You’ve downloaded the latest version of The Hundred app.
You’re logged into your account with The Hundred using the same email address you used to make the original purchase.
If the issue persists:
- Delete The Hundred app and re-download it from the App Store.
Go to your ticket wallet and log in again.
