Why is the QR code not displayed on my Mobile Ticket? Follow
Your QR code will be released 72 hours before the start of the match. You can still transfer tickets before they are released. Click here for a guide on transferring tickets.
Please log into The Hundred App with the same account you used to purchase and you should see your tickets within your ticket wallet.
If you have not transferred any of the tickets to friends and family you should see the status of 'Not Transferred' associated with your ticket and you should be able to see the QR code if you click into your ticket 72 hours before the start of the match.
If you have transferred a ticket to someone else and they have redeemed it, you should no longer see the QR code if you click into your ticket.
If you are not the original purchaser of a ticket - i.e. it is a ticket that you have redeemed from someone else - and you have since shared the ticket to a third party, that ticket will no longer appear within your account.
