My transfer code is not working, what do I do? Follow
If you are receiving an error message when adding in your 10 digit code to redeem your ticket you might see the below message:
Check that you are looking at the correct redemption code from the message you have received.
It is normally in the third bullet point as shown below in pink:
I just sent you some ticket(s) for The Hundred. Here's what you have to do:
1 - Make sure you have the latest version of The Hundred app installed on your phone.
2 - Open The Hundred app, hit the tickets button at the bottom of the screen and Log In.
3 - Press 'Redeem' and enter this code - 9277780570. After 72-hours the code will expire and you'll need to be sent a new one.
4 - Get to the game early to avoid the queues! Please note bag checks are in operation and you will be required to present the QR code on your ticket for scanning at the gate.
5 - Have a great time at The Hundred!
