How do I redeem a ticket that has been shared with me? Follow
Great news... you are coming to The Hundred!
Tickets will be available in The Hundred App in early July.
A friend or family member has shared a ticket with you and you need to download it so you are ready for your matchday.
You have 72 hours from the time the ticket was shared, so don't put it off.
STEP 1
To start the transfer process open the ticket wallet within The Hundred App and log in.
You can navigate to the ticket wallet by clicking 'Tickets' at the bottom of the screen.
Make sure you are on the latest version.
It looks like this:

Click the Green 'Redeem' button on the ticket wallet
STEP 3
Find the 10 digit code within the message you have received from your family member or friend.
Enter the 10 digit code you have received - this is the number after code, and not the Ticket Number at the bottom of the message - and tap continue:

You will be taken through to the next screen with the ticket details within it.
Click Redeem at the bottom right of the screen and the ticket will be added to your ticket wallet.
Please note that the code is only active for 72 hours from the point at which it was shared with you. If you don’t redeem your ticket within that 72-hour period, the code will no longer work.
