Why is the QR code not displayed on my Mobile Ticket? Follow
First of all, please log into The Hundred App with the same account you used to purchase and you should see your tickets within your ticket wallet.
If you have not transferred any of the tickets to friends and family you should see the status of 'Not Transferred' associated with your ticket and you should be able to see the QR code if you click into your ticket.
If you have transferred a ticket to someone else and they have redeemed it, you should no longer see the QR code if you click into your ticket.
If you are not the original purchaser of a ticket - ie. one that you have redeemed - and share the ticket to a third party, that ticket will no longer appear within your account.
