You must have signed up to The Hundred and opted in to receive ECB information in order to receive email communications.

To update your email preferences at any time, ensure you are logged in, click on the head and shoulders icon in the top menu bar and select 'My Profile' from the list.

Then into the 'communication preferences' box and update your opt in preference for each section then just click to save before exiting.

Please note that opting out of marketing communications will not prevent you receiving service communications, such as emails relating to changes to terms and conditions and how to download your tickets, and as such these will still be received.
